Surrogate Mother Compensation
Thank you for your generosity and thoughtfulness in deciding to be a surrogate! There are sooo many benefits to being a surrogate- You get to help a deserving family create the family of their dreams, you get to join an amazing community of generous, wonderful women, and you get to help your family out with financial benefits. Below we list the financial compensation available to you as a surrogate. Though each surrogacy contract is unique, most of our surrogates will receive the benefits listed below during their surrogacy with us. In addition, because we one of our co-founders is a three time surrogate, we offer surrogates the unique experience of having a previous surrogate on their side throughout the journey.
Our surrogates select FIRST their intended Parents. There is no forced matching. You will have the ability to select from one of our many Intended Parents waiting to match with you. You see their profile first, and will read about their family history, their struggles with infertility, and get to know them and why they need you to create their family. Only once you have selected the profile or profiles you are interested in will your selected Parents see your profile. Once you like each other on paper, then we will proceed to a mediated phone call and in person meeting. Most of our Intended Parents and Surrogate go on to become lifelong friends!
We treat our surrogates well and with respect! All coordinators are all previous surrogates through our program. We understand what you are going through and will support you fully. Many of our surrogates decide after going through our program to join us as coordinators! We take surrogates on retreats, give delivery gifts, and generally care more about your experience than other agencies. We’ll protect you with your own attorney, and a fully funded escrow account. Our Surrogate’s expenses are reimbursed weekly, not monthly like other agencies. We offer direct deposit, and payments will appear in your account on the first of the month. We can also advance funds for travel and pre-pay travel costs so you do not have to spend your own money. We pay generous referral bonuses to anyone who refers a surrogate to us who matches through our program and signs legal agreements with their parents.

Monthly Allowance | ln lieu of itemized reimbursements, this monthly fee covers mileage less than 100 miles round trip, childcare for

Estate Planning Documents | Each Surrogate will receive estate plans drafted for the lntended Parent's rights at the hospital, that continue to cover the surrogate beyond delivery. These documents are Declaration of Guardianship for her Children, Medical Power of Attorney, Financial Power of Attorney, Living will and HIPPA. We design these documents to continue to work for you beyond the surrogacy. | $1500 Value |
