Simple Surrogacy provides the following Services to our clients:
• Provide pre-screened Surrogate or locate one according to your particular needs
• Determine state laws and required legal proceedings in the Surrogate’s state.
• Locate separate legal counsel experienced in surrogacy law for Recipient Couple and Surrogate.
• Review and assist in negotiating the surrogacy contract between Recipient Couple and Surrogate.
• Assure both parties that contractual agreements are met by being a third party to contract.
• Oversee all necessary legal filings and procedures (such as pre-birth orders and step parent adoptions) to establish parental rights for Intended Parents.
• Arrange for opening of escrow; manage escrow account; monitor and authorize disbursements in accordance with your contract.
• Reimburse expenses to Surrogate, including prescription medications and co-payments. (if not covered by insurance)
• Confirm Surrogate’s health insurance coverage and life insurance; if none is available, or the Surrogate’s policy specifically excludes surrogacy, arrange for independent coverage.
• Locate fertility clinic or endocrinologists that fits IP’s needs, coordinate medical process.
• Coordinate required medical screening for all parties, per reproductive endocrinologist or clinic’s specifications.
• Referral to licensed psychotherapist or psychologist specializing in third party reproduction for Surrogate’s and IP(s) initial screening.
• Arrange travel for Intended parents or Surrogates at IP’s expense.
• Work with the Surrogate and couple to make sure all doctor’s costs are correctly provided for, and all doctor’s instructions are followed.
• Manage the day-to-day aspects of surrogacy process.
• Arbitrate in the event of any disagreements.
• Arrange for Surrogate to attend support group meetings or counseling or participation in an internet surrogacy support listserv.
• Communicate with Recipient Couple and Surrogate throughout surrogacy arrangement and offer support.
• We would be honored to attend the birth, with your invitation, if feasible.
Simple Surrogacy includes the following services at one low fee: $9,500.00
Our fee for International surrogacy is $10,500.

• Locate separate legal counsel experienced in surrogacy law for Recipient Couple and Surrogate.
• Review and assist in negotiating the contract between
Recipient Couple and
Egg Donor.
• Assure both parties that contractual agreements are met by being a third party to contract.
• Arrange for opening of escrow; manage escrow account; monitor and authorize disbursements in accordance with your contract.
• Arrangement of background checks for Recipient Parents and Egg Donor
• Locating a reproductive endocrinologist/infertility clinic that fits the Recipient Parents’ needs
• If necessary due to location, Locating satellite clinic to monitor Egg Donor
• Coordination of required medical screening for all parties, per reproductive endocrinologist’s specifications
• Referral to licensed psychotherapist or psychologist specializing in third party reproduction for Egg Donor’s and IP(s) initial screening
• Locating health/life insurance for Egg Donor as needed
• Communicate with Recipient Couple and Egg Donor throughout donation arrangement and offer support.
