It is important that you are secure in knowing that you will be financially compensated through a trust account that is held by an authorized escrow officer, to assure that you will be paid accurately and on time. We will insure the most secure contract so that your rights are protected. We will negotiate up front the details of your agreement and be available to resolve any issues that may arise between you and your IP’s.

Simple Surrogacy works very carefully to ensure a good match with the Surrogate and the Intended Parents. We provide the Surrogate with their own independent attorney, experienced in representing Surrogates, to make sure the Surrogate’s interests are protected. We collect all funds from the Intended parents at the signing of the contract so that you can be assured on-time payment, and you will never have to worry if your next check will arrive on time. We also act as a resource between the Intended parents and Surrogates to solve any conflicts before they become problems. Our Surrogate Services Director is herself an experienced gestational and traditional Surrogate who understands the process completely, and is able to guide you and understand your experiences. Simple Surrogacy believes in making the Surrogate as comfortable as possible to insure a pregnancy that goes smoothly and that everyone will feel good about.

Surrogate Qualifications

Once you contact us by phone or email expressing an interest in being matched by our agency, we will ask that you fill out our Profile and Application, available on our web site, or sent by mail. Once you have filled out our application, please return it to us with two current photographs, one of face and one full length. Traditional Surrogates should also submit a childhood photo. Once we have received your application, we will run a background check on you. Once we receive clear results, we will contact you to answer any further questions, and let you know we are ready to proceed with matching you.
