Surrogates, families find state eases way

Trusting another woman — a perfect stranger no less — to carry her baby may be the most difficult challenge of Jerri Christensen’s life.

“I do trust that she’ll do the best thing for the pregnancy,” she said of her surrogate. “But you still wonder, ‘What are they doing today ?’”

Like a number of prospective parents struggling with infertility, the Kansas City, Kan., woman found a surrogate mother in Arkansas, just outside Little Rock.

The clinics and doctor's offices that we are affiliated with are registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and follow all FDA screening protocols for surrogate and donor arrangements.

Weather your selected Egg Donor or Surrogate lives near your clinic or across the country from them, Simple Surrogacy will coordinate closely with your selected clinic and the local monitoring clinic to ensure a smooth and orderly process and successful outcome. In most cases, your Egg Donor or Surrogate will have to make at least two trips to your selected clinic; one for screening, and one for the retrieval or transfer procedure. Simple Surrogacy will coordinate with the clinic to ensure everyone arrives on time, and we will also make all necessary travel arrangements for your Egg Donor and Surrogate to travel to the clinic.
